We are selling our xxxx Elkridge by Heartland top of the line 5th wheel with triple slides - 2 superslides plus a bedroom slide. Genuine reason for sale.
Although the model is a 34TSRE the actual length of this is 37'.11". It is Canadian registered, but was manufactured by Heartland in Illinois. Our 5th Wheel has many features including an automatic roof mounted Winegard RV Satellite dish for Shaw Direct. A Washer and separate stacking Dryer, Electric Awning and Electric Jacks, Solid Surface Counters and more. This unit has never been smoked in, nor had any pets in it. It is in immaculate condition inside and out with protective coating on the exterior so the decals are still bright and are not peeling. We have all the manuals and paperwork.
We would also consider selling this is a package with our xxxx Dodge Ram Lariat Dually 350 Diesel. Our truck is fully loaded with heated and electric leather seats, plus electric windows/doors, alarm and remote starter and large tool box, it is also in excellent condition and has never been smoked in. If we do not sell this as a package we will not sell the truck until the 5th wheel has been sold. Selling the 5th wheel on its own for $38,500 or will do a deal for both 5th wheel and truck $55,000.
